Information and Referral: Answers to your questions and assistance in accessing resources in the military and civilian communities.
Counseling: Consultation and counseling to help with troubling feelings (stress, sadness, frustration); concerns about marriage, children or job; difficulty coping; or just wanting to talk about experiences. Individual, marital and family counseling is available as well as assessments and counseling for children.
Life Skills Education: Workshops to strengthen and enrich with knowledge, skills and support. Programs include: Parenting, Couple’s Communication, Stress Management, Anger Management, New Spouse Orientation and Suicide Prevention.
Deployment Readiness: Pre-, Mid- and Post-Deployment programs provide information, coping tips, and support.
Personal Financial Management (PFM): One-on-one consultation and budget counseling; classes on budgeting and financial planning; and training for Command Financial Specialists.
New Parent Support Program: Parenting education, support and home visits for expectant and new parents.
Transition Assistance Program (TAP): Educational programs and assistance for service members leaving the military, to ensure a smooth transition to civilian life.
Family Employment Readiness Program (FERP): Workshops, consultation, and assistance on job searches, career planning, resume writing, interview techniques, and more.
Relocation Assistance: Information and resources to make the moving process as smooth as possible. Workshops include “Smooth Move” and “Newcomers Orientation.”
Family Advocacy Program (FAP): Awareness and prevention programs on domestic abuse and child abuse; intervention; victim advocacy; and case management services.
Sexual Assault Victim Intervention (SAVI) Program: Prevention and response to sexual assault through awareness, education and victim advocacy.
Disaster Preparedness & Recovery: Practical assistance, information, referrals, and support to address coping, recovery, and preparedness needs, getting resettled, resolving claims, and coping with housing, finances, schools, child care, employment, health care, etc.
